Hi! My name is Sarah Suppe, welcome to my home page

Having spent pretty
much my entire life in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV (minus a four year
stint for college), the desert sun has always been my way of
life. Although the summers tend to be a little on the warm side,
I wouldn’t trade the rest of the year for anything!
My college years were
spent in Flagstaff, AZ. After graduation, with a bachelors degree
in Public Relations, I moved back to the Phoenix area and for whatever
reason, dove right into the hospitality industry. I spent the next few
years scooting through a variety of positions within two resorts and
then was given the opportunity to move to the exciting city of “Lost
Wages”! Without much hesitation, I decided to move and have never
turned back!
I met my husband Ray in
1995 and married him in a few years later. Part of the package
deal was a stepson named Ryan who just so happens to be the cutest kid
in the whole world. Unlike the rest of the Brooks Team, I am not
a complete sports fanatic. I cannot say the same for Ray and
Ryan. Ryan enjoyed listening to sports games on the radio from
about age 3 which is surprising to me since that would put me to sleep!
Whenever we travel, mysteriously, a baseball, football or hockey game
gets squeezed into the itinerary.
After thirteen years in
the hotel business I made the decision to leave the rut of the
corporate world and to go into real estate. Goodbye pantyhose and
closed toe shoes, hello flexibility! I watched this city grow at a pace
that was almost unheard of and realized that I had better get in. With
everything this city has to offer now, and the market recovering, it's
the best time to make a Real Estate Investement. I doubt prices will
ever be a better buy.
I truly love what I
do!!!! Although there are about 11,000 real estate agents to
choose from in our Valley, it is important to choose the right
one! The right agent can hold a deal together even when it looks
like it will fall apart at the seams. The right agent will listen
carefully to your needs and wants to make sure you are being shown only
homes that you will likely have an interest in. The right agent
will market your home creatively in order to get the maximum number of
showings and offers! The right agent will walk you through the
process so that you understand how the entire transaction works.
